Born in Holguin, Cuba and moved to Louisville, Kentucky at age three. She realized she would eventually want to support and celebrate the immigrant and refugee communities she grew up around.  Student Advisor - Christian CevallosChristian Cevallos is a junior journalism major and photography minor. He was born in New Jersey but has moved to places like Germany and Fort Campbell, Kentucky because his father was in the military. His father is from Ecuador and his mother is from Puerto Rico. He enjoys playing and watching baseball and hopes to one day be a writer for a Major League Baseball team or a public relations person for a team or player.
